Mail stability is much improved, and all mail systems have been performing at satisfactory levels for over a week. No appreciable mail backlogs or delays have occurred for at least ten days. Technicians still closely monitor the system, but at this time, all major problems appear to be rectified.
We still ask that users log out of their email account at the end of the work day. This will minimize any potential email client issues if server maintenance is done overnight. We will do our best to keep the CTS network blog updated with the latest information, at http://blogs.potsdam.edu/network.
