[ANNOUNCE] Calendar subscription issues in Sogo

Over the past 10 days, some users have reported losing their list of calendar subscriptions in sogo (it appears in the left-hand pane of the sogo window, under the month calendar). It is not known how many people were affected. It is known that many/most people were not. CTS staff are looking into restoration of calendar subscription lists from database backups, but this will take at least several additional days. Manually re-subscribing to calendars works and at present is the recommended way to reconstruct calendar subscriptions. Doing this is straightforward. [ANNOUNCE] Infrastructure Upgrade

As part of our ongoing infrastructure upgrade, CTS will be replacing old hardware at the edge of our network this evening. All campus hosted services, internet connectivity, and telephones will remain available *except* for localized areas while work is being conducted. Upgrades will begin at 4:30pm, this evening, in Kellas Hall. Work is expected to be completed by 6:00pm. Please report any issues after the upgrade to helpdesk@potsdam.edu or by calling x4444.
