The issues appear to be with the hosting provider, SUNY ITEC, possibly relating to some server patches they did early this morning.
Neither BearPAWS or Banner are currently reachable. CTS is investigating.
Maintenance is now complete. All services that require a CCA are now accessible. If you have any issues please contact the Helpdesk at x4444.
Tonight from midnight until 5:00am our Authentication Servers will be undergoing maintenance. A update will be provided once services are restored. Services including Email, SOGo, Bearpaws, Banner, Moodle, … )
Monday, February 2nd, beginning at 11p.m. and lasting until 5 a.m., CTS will be performing maintenance on campus authentication systems. All campus hosted services – including SOGo, e-mail/BearMail, Moodle, Helios, and Telephony – will be affected. Network access on campus will be sporadic at best during this time.
The College Website is now back up.
The College Website is currently down. Technicians are looking into it.
Network Maintenance: Barrington Student Union CTS has completed the network electronics replacements in the Barrington Student Union. However, all services have not been restored. Technicians are continuing to restore services and we hope to have them 100% operational in the very near future. Please check back for updates. Thank you.
