Our trouble ticketing system has been restored. Unfortunately, any problem reports entered on January 7th were lost. We ask that users who had reported an issue on the 7th please resubmit their request. Issues reported on the 8th and 9th which have not yet been resolved are being logged into the system and you will receive the automated RT emails as confirmation shortly after.

[ANNOUNCE] Scheduled Network Outage

On January 8th, from 11pm and lasting until 6am, we will be replacing critical portions of our network electronics. All campus hosted services – including SoGo, Moodle, Helios, and telephony – will be affected. Network access on campus will be sporadic at best during this time. Please note that this outage has been extended until 6am due to extenuating circumstances. Please plan accordingly.
