Our Internet Service Provider is experiencing a wide-area outage in our area. Service will be restored as soon as possible.
The campus is experiencing an Internet outage. Internal services are unaffected.
Banner/BearPAWS will be down for scheduled mainenance on Wednesday Jan. 21st from 4:00am – 7:00am.
Authentication services are back on-line. If you have any issues a reboot of the affected device is recommended. Please contact the Helpdesk at x4444 for lingering problems.
CTS needs to perform immediate maintenance on our authentication systems in an effort to resolve an ongoing issue regarding automated Moodle course creation. Beginning shortly, user authentication will be offline for several hours. This will affect any service that requires login including but not limited to Banner, SOGo, Helios, BearPAWS, computer logins, printing. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The Moodle Course Site Request form (found in BearPAWS) is currently not functioning. This issue is being addressed, and as soon as it is working properly again, an announcement will be posted here.
Our Authentication System has been restored. Logins into SOGo, Banner, BearPaws, Moodle, Bearmail, etc… are now working. If you have any issues please contact the Helpdesk at x4444.
