[ANNOUNCE] Scheduled Network Outage

On January 8th, from 11pm and lasting until 6am, we will be replacing critical portions of our network electronics. All campus hosted services – including SoGo, Moodle, Helios, and telephony – will be affected. Network access on campus will be sporadic at best during this time. Please note that this outage has been extended until 6am due to extenuating circumstances. Please plan accordingly.

[UPDATE] Printer Migration Update

As previously announced, CTS has been moving network printers to a new print server and IP range. Users with difficulty printing should attempt to delete their printer and re-add it using the self-service instructions here: http://www.potsdam.edu/cts/services/printing/index.cfm See the column on the left for your operating system type.
