Helios and VPN services have been restored.
Helios and VPN Service are currently offline. They will be back up shortly.
Over the coming weeks, CTS will be moving network printers to a new print server and IP range. The changes will take place mostly in academic buildings. Users with devices already configured to use the new print server will be unaffected. Users with difficulty printing should attempt to delete their printer and re-add it using the self-service instructions here: http://www.potsdam.edu/cts/services/printing/index.cfm See the column on the left for your operating system type. The campus website is slow or not responding. CTS is aware of the problem.
The BearDeN certificate issue has been resolved.
BearDeN is experiencing issues with its SSL certificate. The issue is being looked into.
Tha campus web server is back up.
