On 7-16-14, beginning at midnight through 7am, ITEC will be performing scheduled maintenance. All Production and Non-Production Services will be powered down during these Infrastructure updates. SUNY Potsdam’s services that are hosted at ITEC will be unavailable during this time.
We experienced a problem with our central authentication system this evening. Technicians detected and resolved the problem ASAP. Service has been restored. If your username/password was not working, please try again.
Our Authentication Infrastructure is currently have issues. This will effect logins to all SUNY Potsdam services (i.e. Moodle, BearPaws, Bearmail, SOGo, …). Technicians are on site and working on the issue.
The ability to send e-mail (and other affected services) has been restored.
There are problems this morning with sending e-mail. CTS is aware of the problem and is investigating.
All services have been restored. Users may need to disconnect/reconnect to SOGo and/or quit and restart their web browsers.
E-mail service has been restored. SOGo/Calendar is still offline.
Our e-mail and calendar services are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment. Technicians are aware of the problem and working to restore service.
The phone and data network instability has abated.
