Internet maintenance for Wednesday, January 26, 2022, is complete.

ITEC will be performing SYSNET maintenance on Wednesday, February 9th from 12:00am – 7:00am. During this time Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will not be accessible.

NYSERNET will be performing emergency maintenance on Friday (1/21) between 6:00am and 7:00am which will affect all services at the VTC and Zen Data Centers. During this period, Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will be inaccessible.

ITEC will be performing routine proactive network maintenance on Friday, January 7th from 12:00am-7:00am. Although the probability of disruption is low, there is a chance that services may be impacted.

Work on the print server has completed. If you do encounter any problems printing please contact the IT Service Desk via email at itservicedesk@potsdam.edu or by phone at (315) 267-4444. 

Network maintenance is now complete.

CTS is beginning network maintenance. Expect brief losses of network connectivity throughout the campus. An announcement will be made when work is complete.

There will be maintenance on the print server today at 9am. This is not expected to take long but please be prepared for a print outage from 9am-11am. I will send out another announcement once work has completed.

CTS will be updating the campus firewall on 12/28/2021 between 6am and 7am. Internet access will be intermittent during this time. An announcement will be made to this blog when maintenance is complete.
