AIS Database Servers have unexpectedly gone off-line. Banner/BearPAWS/HR Time Accounting/APEX/ DegreeWorks are all down. Technicians are working on the problem.

Blackboard will be unavailable from 20:00-23:30 on Monday, Oct. 12th 2009 to facilitate system maintenance.

CTS will be performing bearmail maintenance this evening 10/06/09 from 2200 – 2300 (10:00PM – 11:00PM). There are no planned service outages associated with this maintenance window.

Misconfiguration of a server (on my part) resulted in logins to Lab and classroom computers malfunctioning for most of the morning. The problem has been rectified and I humbly apologize for the inconvenience. –Romeyn

Blackboard services should be available once again.

Blackboard experienced a system fault early this morning. Engineers are working to restore services, no ETA at this point.

The database problems have been corrected and full access should be restored at this time.

We are currently experiencing database problems that are rendering Banner, BearPAWS, and HR Time Accounting unusable. Technicians are working on the problem, and it should be resolved soon. Another message will be posted when the problem is solved.

The mailing list server is now available.

The mailing list server, lists.potsdam.edu, is currently down. Engineers are working to restore the service, no ETA at this point.
