The core cause of the various services outages has been resolved. All services should be available at this time.
A system fault in a critical systems component has affected various services including www, helios, and mailing lists. Technicians are aware of the problem and are currently working to resolve the issue.
Banner, HR Time Accounting, BearPAWS are all available now.

The stability problems affecting MeetingMaker should be resolved at this time. All services should be available and functioning as expected.
We are having some stability problems with Meeting Maker- especially the web client- this morning.
Monday, May 18 at 11:00PM, there will be outages on several different network segments, as those segments are re-configured. At times, loss of connectivity to the Internet and R&E/Internet2, campus data services, etc. may occur. Most individual outages will be in the 1-3 minute range, however there will up to two outages lasting 10-20 minutes towards the end of maintenance. This maintenance window is open for 2 hours.
One of our servers experienced a fault necessitating a reboot to restore services. Services affected include: Maple, ESRI/ArcGIS, MathCAD, SPSS, Now Up-To-Date, and web-based FileMaker databases. All services restored by 8:20 A. M.
Tonight the mailing list server (lists.potsdam.edu) will be unavailable from 22:00 – 00:00 (10:00 pm to midnight) while it undergoes an upgrade.
