ITEC will be performing SYSNET Infrastructure maintenance from 12:00am until 7:00am on Wednesday, February 10th. During this time, we can expect Banner/BearPAWS and BearDeN to be interrupted.
Wired connections are back online. If you continue to have issues please reboot your device. If you are connected via a phone and continue to have issues after a reboot, CTS will need to reset your phone.
CTS is receiving reports that some wired computers on campus are experiencing network connection issues. Technicians are investigating at this time.

Our Internet service provider will be performing maintenance on our Internet circuit on Wednesday, January 20th 2021 between 6AM and 7AM. This maintenance will cause some brief 1-2 minute outages.
CTS has completed VPN/Firewall maintenance for 12/28/2020.
CTS is beginning the VPN/Firewall maintenance now. An announcement will be made when maintenance is complete.
The issue with Banner has been resolved and it is back online.
Banner access is currently unavailable. CTS knows about the problem and is working on it. BearPAWS is available.
On 12/28/2020 between the hours of 5:00-7:00am, CTS will be updating the campus VPN (GlobalProtect). These updates will make GlobalProtect compatible with macOS “Big Sur”. This will impact all VPN users. Any user who has an active VPN session at the time of the upgrade will have their session disconnected.
