[RESOLVED] Kellas Datacenter Power Outage
The Kellas Datacenter experienced a power anomaly at 8:40PM that knocked several core systems offline for roughly 15 minutes until technicians could restore operation. At this time all systems are online.
The Kellas Datacenter experienced a power anomaly at 8:40PM that knocked several core systems offline for roughly 15 minutes until technicians could restore operation. At this time all systems are online.
An inconsistency in a critical cluster filesystem temporarily prevented access to the Banner and BearPAWS applications. All systems are now operating normally.
Helios experienced a software fault and required a reboot. All services are back online.
BearPAWS, Hr Time Accounting and Banner Forms access has been restored.
BearPAWS, HR Time Accounting and Banner Forms are down for unscheduled maintenance – will be available later this morning.
Helios went down around 6am. Unfortunately our monitoring system went down shortly before that, failing to alert about the problem. All clear.
The maintenance on the Blackboard course content volume has been successfully completed. All Blackboard services should now be available.
Phones should be working normally.
Incoming calls are still affected. Out going calls are working in a limited fashion. The vendor continues to work on the issue and hopes to have it resolved later this afternoon.
Due to hardware failure all incoming calls to campus are not being completed. The vendor has been notified and is en route.
