Reminder: Updates to the Voice Mail System will be performed today starting at 4:00 PM. Work is expected to take 2-4 hours, during which time access to Voice Mail accounts will be intermittent. For several months now Microsoft has been giving users of the Web version of Outlook an option to preview their next version by turning on “The new Outlook” in the top-right corner of the interface. Microsoft is now rolling out this updated user interface to all users. It will no longer be optional and all users will be switched automatically to the new Outlook. The campus Voice Mail System is in need of some updates to remain current. The TelCom Department is currently scheduled to perform these updates on Tuesday July 30 2019 beginning at 4:00 PM. Work is expected to take up to three (3) hours and during that time access to Voice Mail accounts will be intermittent. TelCom will advise when the updates are completed. ITEC will be performing routine operating system, network and storage patching on Wednesday July 17th from 12:00am to 7:00am. During this period Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be unavailable.
CTS has completed the data center maintenance for Thursday, June 27,2019. All services are restored at this time.
CTS will be performing maintenance on critical data center components TODAY, June 27, 2019 at 6:00 P. M. The following services will be offline for the duration of this maintenance window: EMS, Titanium, Webwork, RT, TRACS, Mailing Lists (listserv), CYMA, and Helios 3. Access to Banner/BearPAWS, E-mail/Outlook, Moodle, and the campus web site will be unaffected. CTS will post to this blog when the maintenance window is complete and services have been restored.

We have been informed that the new certificate has been installed. This was supposed to happen automatically, but did not. We have been told that the reason for this has been discovered and rectified.
