ITEC will be performing ISP maintenance on June 1 from 12:00am to 6:00am. During this time they expect 2.5 hours of down time which would make Banner/BearPAWS/BearDen inaccessible.

ITEC maintenance May 21st from 4:00am-7:00am to add an additional Internet provider link into equipment to allow for additional levels of redundancy. During this maintenance window, please expect 10 minutes of down time for Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN.

ITEC maintenance 4:00am-5:00am to implement “Always On” security DDoS mitigation. During this maintenance window, please expect 10 minutes of down time for Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN. This was originally scheduled for May 8th.

Banner is again not working. ITEC has been notified and is looking into the issue.

The ITEC port realignment is complete. Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN are up and running.

We are still working with ITEC on the port realignment for Banner. Will send update when complete.

We will be performing a port realignment with ITEC tomorrow, Thursday May 9th from 7:00am to 8:00am. During this time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be unavailable.

ITEC will be performing maintenance between 6:00am and 7:00am on Wednesday May 29th. Access to Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be affected for a brief moment during this maintenance time. Reason: Vendor recommended next steps to help solve VPN tunnel issues.
