PACES will be upgrading systems supporting SUNYCard transactions beginning Monday, January 8th, 2018 through Wednesday, January 10th, 2018. The campus should expect interruptions with all aspects of the SUNYCard system including Bear Express transactions, balance inquiries, SUNYCard processing and online CASHNet transactions.
ITEC will be migrating the SUNY Potsdam Banner environment to the new VTC data center from Friday 6:30PM until Monday 8:00AM. During this time Banner, BearPAWS and BearDeN will be unavailable. The CTS Announcements & System Status blog will be updated when the systems become available for use.

Network maintenance procedures begun before business hours today have resulted in outages in certain area’s of the campus. These outages may affect both phone and computer network access, including internet access. CTS staff are currently working to resolve the problems, and will notify the campus when all issues are corrected.
