Beginning at approximately 08:15 on 01/21/16 Network Services will be updating network equipment and cutting over administrative network users to the new equipment. This cut-over will result in an outage of services including telephones and network usage for Knowles Hall users. When upgrades are completed a status update will be made on this page. Thank you.
Maintenance on the email server is finished.
The campus email servers are experiencing issues. There will be a temporary outage, starting immediately, as the affected servers are rebooted. The outage should be no longer than 20 minutes, and no mail will be lost
The email server has come back on-line, and email is flowing normally.
The email server did not reboot properly. CTS staff are on their way to campus to attend to the problem.

Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN maintenance is complete and systems are back up.
Banner/BearPAWS/BearDen will be taken down for maintenance at 4:00pm today. We expect to be back up by 7:00pm but will update this CTS Announcement and System Status page when they are back up.
Apogee will be preforming backend upgrades of their equipment. Users will experience interruptions in service while they complete the maintenance activities; the interruptions are expected to be 30-60 minutes of downtime intermittent during maintenance window total.
