The Print server is working normally again. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the Helpdesk at x-4444. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message so we can call you back and/or create a support ticket in your name.
We are experiencing issues with our main print server and are working on the problem. Expect inconsistent performance in the meantime. We do not recommend re-submission of jobs that do not print, as they ALL may flush when the system is working properly again. An update will be posted when we have restored the service to normal.
National Grid is experiencing power outages in Albany, NY which have the potential to affect internet service to our Residence Halls. Apogee is working to minimize downtime.
Outgoing email should now be functioning normally.
