BearPAWS authentication is experiencing problems and will not allow any logins at this time. CTS is investigating and will put up a notification when fixed.

www.potsdam.edu is not responding this morning. CTS is investigating.

The reboot of the server is complete.

The email server is being rebooted to correct a memory issue.

Printing services have been restored. Computers still unable to print may need to be restarted.

We are experiencing difficulty with our print server. Printing is offline until further notice. Technicians are working on the problem. PLEASE refrain from printing in the meantime. Do NOT re-print until service is restored. Thank you./

Email, the Helios file server, SHS systems, and lab/classroom printing are unexpectedly down this morning.  CTS staff is aware of the problem and is working on restoring the services.

Network and Phone service in Kellas has been restored.

We are experiencing data network and phone issues in Kellas Hall. The problem is being investigated.
