Dunn Hall Network refresh is now complete.
The Windows print server has finished installing updates.
One of our servers needed to be restarted after an error occurred. All services on that server have been restored except for campus printing. The print server is applying Windows updates and will be unavailable until that has finished. I am monitoring the server and will post a message when it is online.
In an effort to improve performance, there will be up to a 60 minute outage due to a network upgrade from 1:00 – 2:00pm in Carson Hall and 3:00-4:30 in Morey Hall today 7/2/15. All Internet/VoIP/Printing services will be unavailable during this time. Services will be restored and notification will be posted when completed.
ITEC has scheduled OS and Firmware updates to Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN on Wednesday July 15 from 12:00am – 7:00am.
All VoIP phones should be back in service now, if there are any issues put in a ticket and we will get it resolved immediately.
In an effort to resolve current VoIP phones that are still down, you may notice a service interruption at some point this morning. If your computer is connected through your phone then your internet will be temporarily down. The reset will only take about 20 seconds for the phone to come back up.
Our primary database server is now working properly. Moodle, Track, Email, Blogs, Webwork, Omeka, Virtualtour, and Archivisttoolkit are now functional.
We are aware that there are VoIP phones on campus that are currently down at this time. We are currently working on fixing the issue. Thanks for your patience.
