The campus’ main web server has been up all afternoon, but is running in a degraded state. It will be proactively taken offline this evening at 7:00 for controlled maintenance. A posting will be made when maintenance is complete. Other web-based services may continue to be available during this time. Your continued patience is appreciated.

Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN is back up and has been tested after the upgrade to the Banner database to Oracle 12c. If you notice any problems, please submit an RT Ticket as soon as possible.

Upgrades to one of our servers may result in any of the following applications being unavailable for (hopefully) brief periods of time: Sibelius (Faculty), VectorWorks, Kurzweil, MathCAD, ArcGIS, Spartan. If you experience inability to use these or any other applications and that inability is affecting curriculum and/or your ability to work, please report it to the CTS Helpdesk: x-4444 or helpdesk@potsdam.edu.
