KeyServer Maintenance is now complete.
Helios is again available.
Several users have reported Helios shares are unavailable which the Helpdesk as confirmed. We’ve alerted the System Administrators of the issue.
KeyServer, which controls licensing for several products, most notability Finale and Adobe CS, will be undergoing security and maintenance patches this morning. KeyServer has built in redundancy and operates on two systems, only one of which will be down at a time. Users are not expect to notice any interruption in service.
The campus’ internet connection was down for approximately 5 minutes beginning at 5:35 P. M. Service has been restored.

Currently Time Warner is experiencing some issues with their router on our campus, they are currently working on the issue. Slow response to the Internet is something you will notice. The Time Warner techs are hoping to get the issue resolved immediately. CTS
SPSS should now launch properly. SUNY corrected the error.
