An issue with the campus’ Internet Service Provider resulted in several days of blocked traffic between the Residence Halls and the rest of campus. While the Internet-At-Large was available from the Res. Halls, anything “on campus” was not, including but not limited to: BearMail, BearPAWS, SOGo, Moodle, BearDeN, and the campus web site. The problem has been found and rectified. Many thanks to the students who reported the issue directly to CTS and were instrumental in assisting us with troubleshooting the problem!
