Status Announcements

Authentication issues affecting multiple services have been reported. Techs are looking into the issue.

System Engineers are currently working to resolve an issue with Helios backups, users may experience intermittent issues with _backup folders.

Starting at 22:00 this evening till 02:00 tomorrow morning, there will be rolling service outages affecting many CTS services. Affected services included but are not limited to moodle, helios, printing, windows domain logins, bearmail, mailing lists, & www2 services.

BearDeN is undergoing system maintenance today. It will be available again by Sunday morning 8am.

[RESOLCED] OUTAGE

We are currently unable to place long-distance telephone calls that require a seven-digit authorization code. We are working with our long-distance vendor to restore that service as soon as possible. You are sill able to receive incoming calls from off-campus, place calls to 911 as well as local calls. We will updated this page as information becomes available. Thank you!

BearDeN will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, starting at 10 am. Access will be restored by Sunday 8 am.

Active content hosted on Pluto will be briefly unavailable this evening around 22:00 (10pm).

Filesystem maintenance is complete and Helios shares are back online.
