Status Announcements

We have lost internet connectivity to SUNY Canton and SLU due to a Time Warner Cable fiber cut outage. Time Warner Cable estimates 2 to 3 hours for repairs.

The Labs & Classrooms support server is back online and serving logins properly.

Maintenance on Banner/BearPAWS and HR Time Accounting is complete.

Banner/BearPAWS/HR Time Accounting are down for maintenance – services should be restored shortly.

The Labs & Classrooms support server will be taken down at 9:00 PM this evening for emergency maintenance. Lab logins will still work, but the following services will not occur: – Auto-connection to Helios personal directories – Setup of printers This outage will be as short as possible, and this page will be updated upon its completion.

Wireless service is once again available.

Wireless is currently down across campus. We are working to resolve the issue.

The following services were unavailable due to complications caused by yesterday evening’s power outage. banner/bearpaws, moodle, online directory, blogs, main campus website, and other secondary/tertiary web services. At this time all services should be functioning normally.

Banner and BearPAWS are available now – maintenance is complete.

Banner & BearPAWS will be down beginning at 7:00pm tonight 10/29/12) for approximately 30 minutes for system maintenance.
