[RESOLVED] Telephone Outage Resolved

We are currently experiencing an outage in regards to outbound call traffic. At this time all incoming calls are completing. However, we are unable to place outgoing calls from campus. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.
The issues with printing are believed to be resolved at this time. Please report any issues (see http://www.potsdam.edu/cts/helpdesk/index.cfm).
The printing server experienced a system fault and is currently experiencing isolated issues that may affect printing in certain areas.
Maintenance window is closed, All calendering services are online.
Core gear responsible for all wireless deployments on campus experienced a hardware fault requiring a reboot. All wireless service has been restored.
Meeting Maker will undergo a 2 (two) hour maintenance window on July 7, 2011 starting at 2100 (9PM). All calendering services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
A primary campus mail server required a reboot after experiencing a software fault. All services are back online.
The phish-induced mail backlog has been cleared, and all mail delivery routing is back to normal.
Email has been routed around the backlog for the time being, thereby mitigating the problem while it is dealt with.
