Status Announcements

CTS needed to move the VAX to Kellas this morning and ran into some unexpected problems which seem to be resolved now. Banner/BearPAWS/VAX printing now up.

A campus-wide power problem at 7:08am this morning damaged equipment protecting network electronics in Dunn Hall. A work-around is in place until the equipment can be replaced. All clear.

Users experiencing problems accessing helios shares may need to reboot their machines to regain access.

The CTS tracking system will be down for the next hour as it is migrated to new hardware.

Helios was down from 11:45 until 12:30. All clear.

Inter-Library Loan services (Illiad) will be unavailable on Tuesday May 20th as the service will be undergoing scheduled maintenance.

BearPAWS/HR Web Time Accounting are back online.

BearPAWS and HRweb are experiencing problems. We are looking into the problem.
