Webproxy and Printing services required restarts due to a power anomaly in the datacenter.
At 4:21AM, a cable problem partitioned two critical parts of the server network, rendering half of the host services invisible to the campus. All clear.
The admin campus network experienced an approximately hour-long network outage due to a hardware failure. All connectivity should be re-established at this point. Anyone experiencing connectivity issues should attempt to reboot their computer first.

One of our License servers (Dodo) will be rebooted some time this evening in order to apply recent system updates. Outage is expected to be of minimal duration. Services potentially affected include Maple, SPSS, Sibelius, Finale, MathCAD, and FileMaker web databases.
Helios experienced a system malfunction and required a reboot to recover.
To accommodate summer construction in Stillman, CTS will be migrating servers to an alternate location. Between 5:00 and 9:00pm tonight certain redundant services will be offline. No user-noticeable service outage should be experienced.
