Data Center maintenance for Sunday, June 2, 2019 is complete.

Data Center maintenance for Sunday, June 2, 2019 has started.

CTS will be performing maintenance on critical data center components beginning this Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 7:00 A. M. The following services will be offline for the duration of this maintenance window: EMS, Titanium, Webwork, RT, TRACS, Mailing Lists (listserv), CYMA, and Helios 3. Access to Banner/BearPAWS, E-mail/Outlook, Moodle, and the campus web site will be unaffected. CTS will post to this blog when the maintenance window is complete and services have been restored.

At this time we believe the Voice Mail System is back to full functionality. If any further issues are discovered please report them via email to telcom@ppotsdam.edu. Thank you for your patience during the system outage.

ITEC has a vendor maintenance scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday May 29th, from 6:00am-7:00am. During that maintenance window, a 10 minute downtime is expected during which Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be inaccessible.

CTS has been made aware that the Voice Mail system is not working at this time. Be advised we are working on the problem(s) and will keep the campus community advised on the status of the corrective actions. Thank you for your patience.

All areas of CTS will be CLOSED on Monday, May 27, 2019 in observance of Memorial Day. ITEC will be performing ISP maintenance on June 1 from 12:00am to 6:00am. During this time they expect 2.5 hours of down time which would make Banner/BearPAWS/BearDen inaccessible.

ITEC maintenance May 21st from 4:00am-7:00am to add an additional Internet provider link into equipment to allow for additional levels of redundancy. During this maintenance window, please expect 10 minutes of down time for Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN.
