We will be performing a port realignment with ITEC tomorrow, Thursday May 9th from 7:00am to 8:00am. During this time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be unavailable.

ITEC will be performing maintenance between 6:00am and 7:00am on Wednesday May 29th. Access to Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be affected for a brief moment during this maintenance time. Reason: Vendor recommended next steps to help solve VPN tunnel issues.

ITEC has a vendor performing network upgrades Saturday, May 4th from 12:00am to 6:00am during which time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be unavailable for potentially 2.5 hours. This upgrade is being done to increase network scalability.

ITEC has an upstream provider that will be performing software/hardware upgrades on 4/27 between 12:00am and 6:00am. During this time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN most likely will be unavailable.

ITEC will be connecting to an additional network carrier to allow for greater availability during future carrier maintenance. Between 4:00am and 7:00am on 5/1 they anticipate a less than 3 minute outage of all services which means Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN.
