[ANNOUNCE] Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN down 4/27/19 12am-6am
ITEC has an upstream provider that will be performing software/hardware upgrades on 4/27 between 12:00am and 6:00am. During this time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN most likely will be unavailable.
ITEC has an upstream provider that will be performing software/hardware upgrades on 4/27 between 12:00am and 6:00am. During this time Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN most likely will be unavailable.
ITEC will be connecting to an additional network carrier to allow for greater availability during future carrier maintenance. Between 4:00am and 7:00am on 5/1 they anticipate a less than 3 minute outage of all services which means Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN.
The issues logging into Banner have now been resolved.
We’ve noticed an issue with our authentication server when logging into Banner. We’ll post an update when the issue is resolved.
Penguin Downtime has ended.
The campus web site is back online. Login to The Quad from off campus remains temporarily unavailable.
The campus web site is experiencing technical difficulties. Appropriate personnel are aware and working with technicians to resolve the issue.
All services are now authenticating users properly.
Some services are experiencing authentication (“AD-LDS”) errors. CTS is aware of the problem and working to rectify it.
ITEC will be performing security and patch maintenance on Wednesday, March 6th from 12:00am-7:00am. During this time, Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN will be unavailable.
