Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN Network issues have been resolved.
ITEC has reported network service interruptions that are happening sporadically. During these interruptions you will most likely be disconnected from Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN. ITEC is currently working on the problem.
The network outage has been resolved. If you still do not have network/internet access at your location, restart your device/computer. If that does not help, please report it to the CTS Helpdesk: 315-267-4444. If no one is available to receive your call, leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as they can.
The campus is experiencing a partial network outage. Technicians are investigating. If you do not have network/internet access from your campus provided computer, please be patient. We will post again when the problem is resolved.
Maintenance is complete. All services are back online. If you are having difficulty connecting to Helios or any other service, restart your computer and try again.
Part of our core server infrastructure experienced a fault late last night resulting in an interruption of several services, most notably Helios and WWW2 sites. Staff were on site early this morning to remediate the issue. All services are now back online.
On Wednesday TelCom will perform some required maintenance that will impact all Emergency phones in Knowles Hall and various conference room phones and FAX machines in multiple buildings across campus (including Raymond, Flagg, Timerman, Satterlee, Crumb/Lougheed and the Crane Complex). The maintenance tasks are expected to be completed prior to 8:00 AM Wednesday, November 21, however there may be some latent outages while the systems reboot and come back on-line. If you have a phone outage that persists until mid-morning please contact the TelCom office via email or phone with details of the affected lines. Your patience during this maintenance is appreciated!
