Campus staff are aware that MyResNet service is not functioning at this time. This is a campus-wide issue in the Residence Halls. We are working with Apogee to solve the problem.
CTS will be performing critical maintenance to the wireless network serving academic and administrative buildings this Saturday, December 2nd, 2017 between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. There may be several outages during the maintenance window. Outages will result in full loss of wireless connectivity. Posts will be made when maintenance begins and when it is complete. Wireless service in the residence halls will be unaffected.
Printing services have been restored.
Campus printing is currently unavailable. CTS is aware of the issue and is investigating.
ITEC will be upgrading network equipment at Buffalo so all hosted services will be affected.
The BI system issues have been resolved.
There is system-wide issue with Oracle Business Intelligence affecting campuses. Per SUNY’s BI team: “BI’s not responding/response times are diminished, we have identified the issue and we are currently working to fix it. We will let you know when it is fixed.
The issue with hosts having insecure connections have been resolved.
