ITEC will be upgrading network equipment at Buffalo so all hosted services will be affected.
ITEC has a newly provision server in production and licenses are again being served for SPSS.
SUNY reports that the SPSS License Manager is operational again.
SUNY reports that the License Manager controlling SPSS is unexpectedly down. This will prevent SPSS from launching on our campus. We will make another post when we have updates and/or the situation is resolved.
SUNY ITEC has informed campuses that the licensing server has experienced a severe fault and is unrecoverable. A new server is being provisioned to take over licensing. There is currently no ETA for restoration of service.
Microsoft releases updates to Outlook for the current iOS operating system and the immediately previous version of the iOS operating system. With the recent release of iOS 11 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, devices running iOS9 will no longer receive updated versions of the Outlook App. Please update your device to the latest version of the iOS it will support. If your device does not support iOS versions greater than 9, Outlook should still be available via Safari at http://portal.office.com
ITEC will be upgrading network equipment on Nov 29th from 5am-6am. During this maintenance time all services at ITEC will be unavailable which means that Banner/BearPAWS/BearDen will be down.
