[ANNOUNCE] Email Maintenance

A handful of users have reported missing emails from the recent email outage. The emails in question range in-between the restoration of the email service and the restoration of user’s email boxes. Beginning today, 6/14/16 at 4:00pm, CTS will be running a synchronization tool on all user’s email boxes to restore these emails. User access to email during this time will be unaffected. You may continue to use email as you normally would. CTS will announce when the maintenance is complete.

[ANNOUNCE] Apogee Maintenance

• Reason for Upcoming Maintenance: (Software Upgrade) • Maintenance Date: (Tuesday, 6/7/2016) • Maintenance Start: (06:01 AM CDT) • Maintenance End: (12:00 PM CDT) • Expected Duration: (6 hours) • Details: The upgrade will require two reboots of core systems.) • Impact: There will be 2 reboots that will last 15 to 20 minutes each reboot. Service will be impacted during the reboots.

The transfer of old email and mailbox folders, from the old email server to the new, is complete. If you are still missing email messages or folders, please try logging out of email in all windows that are open on your email (don’t just close the window — actually log out), and then logging back in.
