Status Announcements

Moodle service has been restored.

The moodle server has encountered difficulties. CTS staff has temporarily taken it off-line for remediation.

ITEC will be performing OS and firmware updates to the PROD servers for Banner and DegreeWorks on Wednesday 2/24 from 12:00am-7:00am. This means Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN/BDMS will be down during that timeframe.

Apogee reports that service is restored.

Apogee has reported that a possible fiber optic cable break is responsible for the outage in the Residence Halls. Technicians are investigating.

ITEC will be applying the database PSU to PROD Wednesday (1/27) from 6:00am-7:00am. The database will be unavailable during this maintenance.

All production servers at ITEC will be down for OS & Firmware maintenance on 2/24/16 from 12:00am-7:00am. This will include Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN/BDMS.

All we ask is a willingness to learn and an interest in technology. If you have a computer and have installed software, a printer or other device, that’s a great start. We’ll teach you much more as you help us support the College technology and you’ll gain valuable skills to take with you after graduation. Beginning at approximately 08:15 on 01/21/16 Network Services will be updating network equipment and cutting over administrative network users to the new equipment. This cut-over will result in an outage of services including telephones and network usage for Knowles Hall users. When upgrades are completed a status update will be made on this page. Thank you.
