In an effort to improve performance, there will be up to a 20 min downtime in Flagg Hall due to a network upgrade from 3:00-3:20pm today 6/10/15. All Internet/VoIP/pPrinting services will be unavailable during this time. Services will be restored and notification will be posted when completed.
Please be aware there is a planned maintenance outage of the Degree Works environment Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 8:00am to 8:00pm EST. ITEC has provided the following explanation of what is being done: “ITEC will be installing Oracle 12c.”
VPN Service is currently unavailable. There is no estimated time for service restoration as of this posting.
Errors with one of our systems resulted in Campus Computer Account password resets performed at account.potsdam.edu not properly taking effect. The error has been corrected and any resets performed today should now be in effect. If you reset your password today and it is still not working, please try again using the web form. If your password still doesn’t work, please report it to the CTS Helpdesk.

Our Central Authentication System and Email will be down for maintenance. This will effect all services offered by SUNY Potsdam IT.
There will be a computing service outage tonight, Tuesday June 9 at 11:00pm, while CTS performs urgent preventive maintenance on the campus login/authentication services. The work is expected to take 1 to 2 hours to complete. During this time logins will be disabled and most or all computing resources, including email and moodle, will be unavailable.
