CTS Announcements & System Status

Banner and Bearpaws may have limited services between 9 -12 today, Sunday Feb 8th. The maintenance has begun. A posting will be made when the maintenance is complete. Thank you, Matt Tamburello

Network and phone service to Maxcy Hall has been restored. If you continue to experience connectivity issues with your computer, reboot. I issues persist, please contact the CTS Helpdesk at extension 4444 or helpdesk@potsdam.edu.

There is a problem with one of the network switches in Maxcy Hall. CTS is aware of the issue and is replacing the problem unit.

The Thatcher and Maintenance Upgrades are complete.

Network Electronics in Thatcher Hall will be replaced at 3pm today, followed by the Maintenance Complex at 3:30pm. The maintenance window is expected to last less than 30 minutes in each location. This will affect any network device including telephones.

The connectivity issues have been resolved.

Banner and Bearpaws are now available. This issue has been resolved. Matt Tamburello

The issues appear to be with the hosting provider, SUNY ITEC, possibly relating to some server patches they did early this morning.

Neither BearPAWS or Banner are currently reachable. CTS is investigating.

Maintenance is now complete. All services that require a CCA are now accessible. If you have any issues please contact the Helpdesk at x4444.
