Tonight from 22:00 – 23:30 (10:00-11:30 pm) the active content hosting server (pluto) will undergo maintenance and be sporadically available. The services affected by this include the numerous wikis and any other web service hosted under pluto.potsdam.edu.
Tonight at 21:00 (9 pm) Banner and BearPAWS will be briefly unavailable to facilitate a back-end change.

As of 13:45(1:45pm) all long-distance authorization codes have been reloaded in Windstream’s system. If you are still unable to place a long-distance call using your business and/or personal authorization code, please contact the TelCom Office at X3000 or email us at telcom@potsdam.edu. Thank you.
Late Friday evening all business and personal authorization codes required to place long-distance calls from campus were inadvertently removed from Windstream’s system. We are aware of the problem and are working diligently to reload the codes to Windstream’s sytem. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working diligently to restore services as soon as possible. This page will be updated as soon as all codes have been reloaded and the campus is able to use those codes to place off-campus long distance calls.

We are currently experiencing call blockage on all outgoing calls placed to any area code outside of the 315 area code. We are aware of the problem and working with our service provider to resolve the issue. We will update you as soon as further information is available.
