Local email delivery is delayed right now due to a problem with one of the local mail exchangers.
A problem with a central information system is causing wide-spread authentication issues impacting a number of campus services. Engineers are aware and are working to resolve the issue within the hour.
The CMS will be available once again this evening for approximately 3 hours beginning at 21:00 (9:00 pm) this evening.
Banner, BearPAWS, and HR TIme Accounting services have been restored.
Currently Banner/BearPAWS and HR Time Accounting are unavailable. Technicians are working on the problem and these services will be restored as soon as possible. Another message will be posted when services are restored.
Beginning at 20:30 (8:30 pm) this evening, the CMS will be unavailable for up to 3 hours in order to facilitate system maintenance.
Tonight at 22:00 (10pm), various web services (blogs, directory, www2) will experience an approximately 20 minute outage to facilitate maintenance on a backend storage system.
The upgrade is done; BearDeN is up and running.
Our ISP has located the issue within their routing cloud, and our Internet 1 connection is once again available.
