The campus VPN server is once again operational.

The campus VPN server is offline undergoing emergency maintenance. There is no ETA for service restoration at this time.

Helios shares are back online.

Helios shares are offline as the volume undergoes emergency filesystem maintenance.

At 6pm tonight, Windows Name Resolution Services will undergo a brief maintenance period. As a result, users may need to restart their computers in order to obtain updated network configuration information that is necessary for Windows Name Resolution Services to function properly. It is recommended that all users shut down their computers at the end of the work day in order to obtain the most current network configuration information.

Meeting Make server upgrade / migration completed as planned. On a users first connection to the server, it is normal to experience a lengthy delay on the order of 10 minutes while the auto-upgrade process downloads and processes files

CTS will be upgrading to the newest release of the Meeting Maker server today, Wednesday, June 10 at 5:30 PM. The server will be down for approximately four hours during the course of the upgrade and data migration.

Access to external library resources are available, Maintenance window closed.

Access to external library resources will be intermittently unavailable starting at 6PM on Monday 6/8/09 while hardware / software upgrades are performed on the campus proxy server. This Maintenance window is expected to last 2 hours.

Access to Banner, BearPAWS, and HR Time Accounting has been restored. No data was lost.
