A critical piece of networking electronics serving the W@SP wireless network experienced a system fault and required a reboot. All network functionality should be restored at this point.

Storage maintenance complete and all systems are back online.
Critical storage network maintenance will occur at the close of the business day at 4:30 PM this evening. Systems affected include Banner/BearPAWS and Blackboard. The window is 30 minutes.
Offline equipment in a wiring closet serving part of Merritt Hall is currently inaccessible to technicians. No ETA.
The Wireless @ SUNY Potsdam network was unavailable for about an hour due to a software fault. All clear.
A software fault in the campus mail server caused a brief outage beginning at 12:56. All clear 1:03.
Helios experienced a software fault which required a reboot. All services back online.
Maintenance work caused a segmentation between network components isolating 1/3 of basement Crumb ports from the others. Problem isolated and rectified. All clear.
With the exception of the LTEC WAP, all Crumb wireless access points have been offline for about 15 minutes. This is being looked into.
Helios share are back online.
