CTS Announcements & System Status

All Windows printers are once again available.

Some Windows printers may be unavailable at the moment. Techs are working on the issue.

Helios will be going offline this evening (20071210) at 11PM for maintenance.

Helios experienced a system error and had to be rebooted. All should be well.

Helios is down and it is being investigated.

BearMail was back online at 11:19.

BearMail will be unavailable this evening starting at 11 PM for system maintenance. Outage expected to be much less than an hour.

A fiberoptic problem in Raymond Hall at 4:34 caused network outages in Raymond Hall, Stillman Hall (not the Stillman DataCenter), Physical Plant, Maintenance, and Heating Plant. All clear 4:54

Some areas of the physical plant are offline as well.

Raymond and Dunn currently have no network connectivity. Technicians are investigating the issue.
