A fiberoptic problem in Raymond Hall at 4:34 caused network outages in Raymond Hall, Stillman Hall (not the Stillman DataCenter), Physical Plant, Maintenance, and Heating Plant. All clear 4:54

Some areas of the physical plant are offline as well.

Raymond and Dunn currently have no network connectivity. Technicians are investigating the issue.

Blackboard will be rebooted at 10pm (22:00) tonight.

Starting at around 5:00pm tomorrow (11/21), data networking on the first floor of Crumb Hall, as well as wireless throughout the building will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance. The maintenance window is 90 minutes.

SUNYnet engineers are performing emergency maintenance on the Potsdam SUNYnet gateway, during an unscheduled outage at ITEC. This will impact connectivity to all SUNYnet shared services housed in Albany, Buffalo or Plattsburgh.

We experienced a brief Printing Service outage beginning (judging by reports) at approximately 11:20am. Resolved at 11:30am.

A problem with the core W@SP router required a reboot. W@SP was offline for the duration.

Existing wireless connections were continuing to be serviced, but new connections were denied. This problem has been resolved.

User services are back online. Queue expected to clear out within the hour.
