Tomorrow morning between 7:00am and 7:30am there may be 1 to 2 brief
outages impacting all services in the Kellas Legacy Operations Control
Center including Internet and Internet2/R&E. These outages will be very
brief (5-30 seconds) but convergence of circuits may cause some of them
to manifest longer.
