As of 10:52am on 01/10/13 all SUNY Potsdam long
distance authorization codes have been deemed invalid by Windstream. All calls requiring a seven-digit authorization code are being denied at this time. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue. Incoming calls are not affected. Thank you.
