A handful of users have reported missing emails from the recent email outage. The emails in question range in-between the restoration of the email service and the restoration of users email boxes.
Beginning today, 6/14/16 at 4:00pm, CTS will be running a synchronization tool on all users email boxes to restore these emails. User access to email during this time will be unaffected. You may continue to use email as you normally would.
CTS will announce when the maintenance is complete.
