All services have been restored. Users may need to disconnect/reconnect to SOGo and/or quit and restart their web browsers.
E-mail service has been restored. SOGo/Calendar is still offline.
Our e-mail and calendar services are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment. Technicians are aware of the problem and working to restore service.
The phone and data network instability has abated.
Network instability has cleared and phones are operational. CTS will continue monitoring through the evening.
The Campus Data and Phone network is experiencing service difficulties. Some phones are working, some are not. Data transmission rates may be slower than normal. Technicians are investigating.
As of 7:30pm (Tuesday June 24th) Moodle is back up and functioning properly.
Technicians replaced a failed network switch affecting network and phone service on the second floor of the Crumb Library. All local services have been restored.
A failed storage drive caused Moodle to crash. Technicians are aware of the issue and working to resolve the issue.
