ITEC has scheduled OS and Firmware updates to Banner/BearPAWS/BearDeN on Wednesday July 15 from 12:00am – 7:00am.
All VoIP phones should be back in service now, if there are any issues put in a ticket and we will get it resolved immediately.
In an effort to resolve current VoIP phones that are still down, you may notice a service interruption at some point this morning. If your computer is connected through your phone then your internet will be temporarily down. The reset will only take about 20 seconds for the phone to come back up.
Our primary database server is now working properly. Moodle, Track, Email, Blogs, Webwork, Omeka, Virtualtour, and Archivisttoolkit are now functional.
An issue with one of our servers has resulted in several of our services being taken offline for emergency maintenance. These include (but may not be limited to) RT (“Tracking”), Moodle, and Omeka. Restoration of these services is top priority. Your patience is appreciated.
We are aware that there are VoIP phones on campus that are currently down at this time. We are currently working on fixing the issue. Thanks for your patience.
Until further notice, FTP access to Helios will be limited to on-campus access only. This is in an effort to ensure the safety of our users information.
Technicians have completed the maintenance. All services are back online.
The following services will be offline do to unscheduled server maintenance: CLEARS website, Ellucian Mobile login, Gallery Picture database and digital signage. Technicians will announce once the maintenance is completed.
In an effort to improve performance, there will be up to a 20 min downtime in MacVicar due to a network upgrade from 10:00 – 10:20am today 6/10/15. All Internet/VoIP/Printing services will be unavailable during this time. Services will be restored and notification will be posted when completed.
