Maintenance on the Windows Login System has been restored. All related services are now back online. Thank you for your patience.
The windows login system is now offline. When the maintenance is completed, technicians will post an update.
The windows login system will be offline for scheduled maintenance starting at 9am and is scheduled until noon. During this time, on campus computers may not be able to login and helios may not be accessible. Thank you for your patience.
SOGo maintenance is complete and it is back online.
The SOGo Calendaring Service will be temporarily offline for maintenance. Engineers will restore the service as soon as possible.
We are currently working on all VoIP phone issues accross campus. If your VoIP phone is down and your computer is connected to your phone you will have no internet connectivity until phone service is restored.
The Campus is experiencing network traffic issues this morning. Access to any services, including phones, will be slow or non-responsive until the issue is corrected. Technicians are aware of the problem and are investigating.
As part of the effort to resolve problems with off-campus access to the Library’s electronic information services, a key piece of software will be updated at 7:15am on Thursday, April 16. The process should only take a few minutes, but during that time the Library’s information services will be inaccessible. Service will be restored by 7:45am at latest. This might not fix the off-campus access issues immediately, but it will at least allow CTS staff to better troubleshoot the problem.
