Networking in Morey Hall will have a brief outage as a network component is rebooted to resolve slow network connectivity.

CTS has completed replacement of old hardware at the edge of our network in Kellas Hall. All campus hosted services, internet connectivity, and telephone services are working. Please report any issues after the upgrade to the helpdesk@potsdam.edu or by calling x4444.

As part of our ongoing infrastructure upgrade, CTS will be replacing old hardware at the edge of our network this evening. All campus hosted services, internet connectivity, and telephones will remain available *except* for localized areas while work is being conducted. Upgrades will begin at 4:30pm, this evening, in Kellas Hall. Work is expected to be completed by 6:00pm. Please report any issues after the upgrade to helpdesk@potsdam.edu or by calling x4444.
