SOGo is now allowing users to log in.
SOGo is currently not allowing user login. Technicians are investigating the problem.
We experienced an issue with our server infrastructure this morning which resulted in several services being offline for approximately 30 minutes. All services are back online.
Windows users should now be able to access their Helios shares.
We are experiencing problems with access to Helios from Windows. Technicians are working on the problem.
The failed hardware has been replaced and service in affected areas should be back to normal. If you continue to experience network/internet issues, please reboot your computer.
Raymond Hall floors 2,3 and 4 are currently experiencing intermittent network and/or telephony outages due to a switch failure. We are aware of the problem and are working to replace the switch and restore services. We will update you as soon as more information is available. Thank you.
Lorax is once again “speaking for the trees for the trees have no tongues.” Printing should again be available at this time.
One of our print servers, commonly known as Lorax, is experiencing difficulties this morning. Technicians are aware of the problem and are working towards resolution.
