There is system-wide issue with Oracle Business Intelligence affecting campuses. Per SUNY’s BI team: “BI’s not responding/response times are diminished, we have identified the issue and we are currently working to fix it. We will let you know when it is fixed.

An update to the outage yesterday: Systems using federated services, such as access to SUNY services (HR Time Accounting) and most notability Office 365 are functional. At this time, VPN is not available as well as various “utility” systems used by some administrative offices on campus.

Many essential services have been restored, including, but not limited to: BearPAWS Mailing lists SUNY Card RT (internal trouble-ticket system.) O365 (web), BearDeN, HR/Some Federated Services have not yet been restored. More services will continue to come on-line and we will post an update or resolution of this issue when more information is known.
